HUNTINGTON -- Angela Konrad, a partner with the Huntington law firm Huddleston Bolen, has been named a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, a highly-selective honorary society established to reflect and recognize the face of the American bar in the twenty-first century.
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only.
Konrad represents Fortune 500 clients in occupational injury, toxic tort, and other civil litigation matters. She has successfully defended clients in personal injury cases resulting from automobile/train collisions, cumulative trauma disorders, occupational diseases and emotional distress claims, as well as cases involving property damage, premises-liability, insurance defense and natural resource law.
Konrad is also on the Executive Committee and President-Elect of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. She is a member of the DRI, Transportation Lawyers Association, Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, the West Virginia State Bar, the Kentucky State Bar and the Cabell County Bar Association.
