WINFIELD -- A Massachusetts company is suing over claims a West Virginia company failed to pay contract fees.
Fleetmatics USA LLC filed a lawsuit March 7 in Putnam Circuit Court against Claxton Smith & Sons Concrete Company, citing breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the companies entered into a contract for 2011 through 2014, which Claxton has failed to pay. Claxton is based in Poca.
Fleetmatics is seeking the $68,400 owed. They are being represented in the case by attorneys from Atkins & Ogle Law Offices LC.
