BECKLEY -- A security company is suing one of its clients after it allegedly failed to pay for thousands of dollars in services.

Cramer Security & Investigations Inc. filed a lawsuit March 7 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Mechel Bluestone Inc., citing it defaulted on payments.

The lawsuit states Bluestone hired Cramer to provide security services in November 2010 at a cost of $58,734 biweekly. Bluestone failed to pay and now owes $257,581.62.

Cramer is seeking the court to pay all the monies owed, plus court costs and any other relief.

It is being represented by private attorney J. Mingo Winters. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge H. L. Kirkpatrick.
