Comdata says ambulance service owes money

ROMNEY -- A business is suing, alleging Lambert's Ambulance Service has failed to repay a balance due.

Comdata filed a lawsuit March 18 in Hampshire Circuit Court against J.R. Lambert Enterprises Inc., doing business as Lambert's Ambulance Service.

The complaint states the plaintiff provided goods, funds or services to the defendant in the amount of $7,256.37. Comdata alleges the defendant has failed to repay them.

The plaintiff is seeking $7,256.37, plus interest, late charges, fees and costs.

Comdata is being represented by Clinton W. Smith.
