Ky. truck parts firm says three W.Va. companies owe money

PRINCETON -- A Kentucky company is suing over claims three West Virginia companies owe outstanding balances for truck parts and services.


Worldwide Equipment of West Virginia Inc., filed a lawsuit March 10 in Mercer Circuit Court against Vanover Trucking Inc., Little Joe Trucking Inc. and Big "E" Transfer Inc., citing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the defendants have outstanding balances on open lines of credit with the plaintiff for truck parts and services. Vanover Trucking owes a balance of more than $6,000 and has caused more than $4,000 in damages. Little Joe Trucking owes more than $4,000. Big "E" Transfer owes more than $27,300.

Worldwide Equipment of West Virginia is seeking more than $10,000 from Vanover Trucking, $4,000 from Little Joe Trucking and more than $27,300 from Big "E" Transfer.

It is being represented in the case by attorneys of Harry F. Bell Jr. and Jonathan W. Price of The Bell Law Firm. The cases have been assigned to Circuit Judges Derek C. Swope, William J. Sadler and Omar J. Alboulhosn.
