KINGWOOD -- Rankin Hauling sued for allegedly not paying more than $18,000.
Becker Hauling LLC filed a lawsuit March 21 in Preston Circuit Court against Rankin Hauling LLC.
The complaint states between May 12, and July 29, the plaintiff was contracted by the defendant to transport items. The defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff $18,992.50, plus interest, according to the complaint.
The plaintiff is seeking $18,992.50, plus interest.
