MOUNDSVILLE -- The estate of a Florida woman is seeking for the sale of mineral rights to cover creditor claims.
Gary A. Sacco, ancillary administrator of the estate of Marie L. Snider, filed a lawsuit March 26 in Marshall Circuit Court against the state of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration, and unknown heirs and creditors of Marie L. Snider, deceased.
According to the complaint, Sacco is filing for the sale of mineral rights in Marshall and Wetzel counties from Snider's estate to cover a $250,000 claim against the estate for Medicaid reimbursement.
Sacco is seeking an amount in relief to be determined by the court.
He is being represented in the case by attorney Jeffrey W. McCamic of McCamic, Sacco, Pizzuti & McCoid PLLC. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge David W. Hummel.
