Richwood store says Muddlety Trading owes $23K

SUMMERSVILLE -- A Richwood food store is suing over claims they were not compensated for products purchased by a trading company.

U Save Food Stores Inc. filed a lawsuit March 28 in Nicholas Circuit Court against Muddlety Trading Company and Perry Queener, citing negligence.

U Save Food Stores claims the defendant purchased fuel and other products from plaintiff in the amount of $23,345.22. The suit alleges the defendant Queener executed a personal guarantee of the money owed the plaintiff by defendant Muddlety Trading Company on July 3.

The defendants have failed to pay and continue to refuse to repay the plaintiff.

Among other things, Muddlety Trading offers concrete services, gravel delivery, garage services, state vehicle inspections, firewood sales, stump grinding and hardware.

The plaintiff is seeking damages in the amount of $23,345.22, interest and court costs.


It is being represented in the case by Summersville attorney Gregory A. Tucker of Law Office of Gregory A. Tucker. The case has been assigned to circuit Judge Gary L. Johnson.
