Business says mine supply company owes $13K

BECKLEY -- A West Virginia business is suing another company, claiming it failed to pay for products purchased.

R.M. Wilson Co. Inc. filed a lawsuit April 18 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Low Places LLC and Gary F. Harvy II, claiming breach of contract.

The plaintiff alleges in the suit they entered into an agreement with the defendant to provide mining supplies in 2013. According to the brief, the defendants ordered the mining supplies from the plaintiff's Beaver facility and still owe a total of $13,290.86.

The plaintiff is seeking the payment of $13,290.86, interest and court costs.

The case is being represented by Wheeling attorney Frank X. Duff of Schrader Byrd and Companion PLLC. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Robert A. Burnside.
