LOGAN -- Ogden Directories is suing after allegedly failing to be paid nearly $130,000.
Ogden Directories Inc., doing business as EZ to use.com, formerly known as EZ to use Big Book, filed a lawsuit March 21 in Logan Circuit Court against Professional Disability Services LLC.
The complaint states Professional Disability Services owes the plaintiff $128,311.07 on a past-due account.
The plaintiff is seeking $128,311.07, plus costs and fees.
Ogden Directories is being represented in the case by James B. Atkins, Paul S. Atkins and Bree Whipp Ogle of Atkins & Ogle Law Offices LC.
