MADISON -- A Mason County couple is suing over claims the husband was injured in a motor vehicle collision on W.Va. 73.
Frederick and Rebecca McCloud filed a lawsuit March 13 in Boone Circuit Court against JWCF, doing business as Baker Installations, and Richard Lowe, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Frederick McCloud was stopped at a traffic light on state Route 73 on April 7, 2012, when Lowe, driving a vehicle owned by Baker Installations, hit the back of McCloud's car, causing injuries to the plaintiff.
The defendants are accused of negligence.
The McClouds are seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional limits.
