WAYNE -- A West Virginia company is suing over claims a Wayne County company has failed to pay for archery-related goods and services.
Escalade Sports filed a lawsuit April 14 in Wayne Circuit Court against Outback Archery Inc.
According to the complaint, from October 2012 through July 2013, Escalade Sports provided Outback Archery with archery-related services and products, which Outback has failed to pay for. Escalade Sports says the amount owed plus interest totals more than $25,000.
Escalade Sports seeking damages in excess of $25,000, plus costs.
It is being represented in the case by attorney Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge James H. Young.
