HUNTINGTON -- Two partners at Farrell, White & Legg PLLC have been recognized in the Chambers and Partners USA.
Michael J. Farrell and Tamela J. White were recognized in Chambers and Partners 2014.
Farrell was ranked in Litigation: General Commercial (Band 1). White was ranked in Litigation: Healthcare (Band 2). She was recognized by Chambers as being in the top five Healthcare Litigators in West Virginia.
Farrell is the founding and managing member of the firm. He is a distinguished trial lawyer, author, lecturer, bar and educational leader. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers as an outstanding litigator. His current practice concentrates on complex litigation involving products liability, mass torts, commercial and employment litigation.
White is a senior litigator in the firm’s medical malpractice and product liability litigation sections and she was the first female trial lawyer from West Virginia to be elected to the International Association of Defense Counsel and now serves on their Board. With a nursing degree from The Ohio State University, she had 10 years of experience as a critical care and oncology nurse and hospital administrator before her distinguished legal career.
In 2011, Tammy completed a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
