PERSONNEL FILE: Martin & Seibert announce leadership change

Fuller 3881

MARTINSBURG – Following a recent shareholders meeting, Martin & Seibert L.C. adopted a change in firm leadership.

The firm says the reason for the role change comes at a pivotal point in the firm’s 106-year existence.

Clarence “CEM” Martin, who soon will celebrate his 40th year anniversary with the firm, believes the change in leadership “puts us in a better position to grow by utilizing the experience and strong leadership skills already possessed within the firm. Transitioning to a new generation of leadership ensures that the right people are in place to take Martin & Seibert into the future.”

Susan R. Snowden, shareholder, was named Director of Litigation Management and General Counsel.

Snowden, with 29 years of litigation experience, will focus on ensuring the highest ethical standards of the firm’s members, maintaining consistent and cost effective litigation practices, and placing a greater emphasis on quality management and client satisfaction.

E. Kay Fuller, Shareholder, was selected to serve as Director of Business Development. A 24-year experienced trial attorney and litigation manager, Fuller will use her leadership skills to expand the firm’s marketing to new clients as well as to cultivate, strengthen and enhance relationships with existing clients.

“By putting our most talented lawyers in these leadership roles, the firm has the right tools to grow and expand while maintaining a culture of high standards, integrity, strong core values, and a commitment to excellence” says Walter M. Jones, III, Managing Shareholder and CEO. “This is an important and positive change that is key to exceeding the expectations of our clients and to the firm’s ongoing success.”

The firm has offices in West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia. For more information, visit www.martinandseibert.com.
