BRIDGEPORT – Steptoe & Johnson has promoted attorneys Kevin W. DeHart and Allison J. Farrell from Associate to Of Counsel.
DeHart practices real estate and energy law in Steptoe & Johnson’s Morgantown office. He specializes in title examinations, due diligence, division order title opinions, and managing teams of title abstractors. He joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2009.
Farrell also joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2009 and practices in the firm's Bridgeport office. She focuses her practice in energy litigation representing the interests of the oil and natural gas industry, particularly in the Marcellus shale. Farrell has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and is a founding board member of Young Professional Women in Energy – WV, Inc.
