Dominion Post wants paid for advertising

KINGWOOD -- A West Virginia newspaper company is suing a car dealership for unpaid advertisement costs.

WV Newspaper Publishing Co., trading as The Dominion Post, filed a lawsuit July 7 in Preston Circuit Court against Valiton Garrett County LLC, trading as Valiton's Kingwood Chrysler Jeep.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff ran advertisements for Valiton's Kingwood Chrysler Jeep at the defendant's request. The plaintiff says the defendant has failed to pay for the advertisement services.

WV Newspaper Publishing is seeking the $42,289 owed plus interest.

It is being represented in the case by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa P.C. in Bethlehem, Pa. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Lawrance S. Miller.
