HUNTINGTON – Jill I. Francisco, Advanced Certified Paralegal, in the firm’s Huntington office, recently was elected Second Vice-President of the National Association of Legal Assistants/Paralegals (NALA), at the organization’s 39th Annual Convention in Charleston, S.C.
She will serve on the NALA board of directors during the 2014–15 operational year.
Francisco previously served as NALA’S Secretary (2012-2014), NALA’s Treasurer (2010-2012), Affiliated Associations Director 2008-2010, Affiliated Associations Secretary 2005-2006, and on the Professional Development Committee 2003-2006. Francisco served as President 2004-2006 of the NALA Affiliated Association, Legal Assistants/Paralegals of Southern West Virginia. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Mountwest Community and Technical College Legal Assistant Program, the Legal Assistant Committee of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, and the Marshall University Big Green Scholarship Board of Directors. She obtained her BA in Criminal Justice from Marshall University in 1994.
