CHARLESTON – Robinson & McElwee is pleased to welcome the firm’s newest Of Counsel, Stephen D. Annand, to the Clarksburg office.

Annand has more than 40 years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer, in state and federal courts, primarily in West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Annand has tried more than 100 significant civil cases throughout his career, which has been divided evenly between defense and plaintiffs’ practice.  Annand received his L.L.M. degree in Environmental Law from George Washington University, his J.D. from Washington & Lee University, Cum Laude, and a B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

With Robinson & McElwee, Annand primarily will be practicing litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation and health care law.
