BECKLEY -- A Raleigh County couple is suing over claims their car was damaged in a collision with a Federal Express Corporation truck.
James and Lisa Harmon filed a lawsuit Aug. 5 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Federal Express Corporation and Richard J. Gauldin.
According to the complaint, James Harmon was driving on Route 41 near Overlook Drive on March 4, when his vehicle was struck by a Federal Express Corporation delivery truck driven by employee Gauldin. The Harmons say their Jeep Grand Cherokee sustained more than $6,900 in damage in the collision.
The Harmons are being represented in the case by attorneys Greg A. Hewitt and Anthony M. Salvatore of Hewitt and Salvatore in Fayetteville. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Robert A. Burnside.
