HUNTINGTON – Huddleston Bolen has announced that J. H. Mahaney has been named to the Board of Directors of the USLAW NETWORK.
The USLAW NETWORK is an organization composed of more than 100 independent, defense-based law firms with more than 7,000 attorneys. Its member firms span virtually every major population center in North America, as well as South America, Europe, and Asia. Huddleston Bolen is the West Virginia representative to the USLAW NETWORK.
Mahaney leads Huddleston Bolen’s litigation department. He has experience defending clients in complex, high exposure construction, transportation, and product liability. His work has been recognized by a number of different organizations. He is a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, an honor conferred on less than one-half of 1 percent of lawyers, nationwide; he was named a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation; he is routinely listed in publications including Chambers USA Guide, West Virginia Super Lawyers, and Best Lawyers; and in 2014, he was named a “Construction Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers.
