NEW CUMBERLAND – A company is suing over claims fees for goods it sold to a Weirton company have not been paid.

American Builders & Contractor's Supply Company Inc., doing business as ABC Supply Co. Inc., filed a lawsuit Sept. 2 in Hancock County Circuit Court against Integrity Remodelers & Design Inc., citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, American Builders & Contractors sold the defendant goods, which the defendant accepted but has failed to pay for. ABC says the defendant owes more than $5,100 owed, and accuses it of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

ABC is seeking the more than $5,141 owed plus interest.

It is being represented in the case by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating & Lessa P.C. in Bethlehem, Pa. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge James P. Mazzone.
