HUNTINGTON – Three members of Jenkins Fenstermaker have been recognized in the Chambers and Partners USA publication.
Lee Murray Hall, a member of the firm’s litigation group, focuses her practice on insurance coverage, insurance defense, and bad faith defense. Her insurance defense practice includes municipal liability claims, motor vehicle and trucking claims, premises claims, construction accidents, deliberate intent and medical malpractice claims.
Hall has been with Jenkins Fenstermaker since 1993.
Thomas E. Scarr is also in the firm’s litigation group. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, products liability, toxic tort, and labor and employment law.
Scarr is sought after as a mediator in civil matters.
Robert H. Sweeney Jr. heads up the firm’s litigation group. His practice is based in general civil litigation, with a concentration in the defense of mesothelioma and asbestos claims, construction disputes and defending employers in deliberate intent suits.
Sweeney has been trial counsel in every asbestos trial group in West Virginia since 2003.
