CHARLESTON – Justin D. Pritt, of counsel, has joined Steptoe & Johnson. He will practice energy law from the firm’s Charleston office.
Pritt is experienced in contract law and the formation of business organizations including those in the energy and medical industries.
Before joining Steptoe & Johnson, Pritt practiced with Escue and Pritt Law office where he specialized in property and oil and gas law. He also served as a law clerk for Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellot PLLC where he conducted legal research, assisted with trial preparation, and worked alongside senior level attorneys on special projects.
Pritt earned both his Bachelor’s and legal degrees from West Virginia University. While there, he served as executive and associate editor of the West Virginia Law Review.
