CHARLESTON – Steptoe & Johnson is pleased to announce that Steven F. Luby has joined the firm’s Charleston office.
Luby’s legal practice will focus on tax and estate planning, business organizations and commercial transactions.
Luby has more than 25 years of experience handling matters such as tax and estate planning. His experience includes acting as counsel on complex estate plans, business succession planning, medical practice matters, and complex commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Steptoe & Johnson, Luby practiced with Lewis Glasser Casey and Rollins PLLC.
