Woman blames Panera driver for injuries

HUNTINGTON – A Wayne County woman is suing over claims she was injured in an vehicular collision.

Donna Miller filed a lawsuit Dec. 18, 2014 in Cabell Circuit Court against Robert C. Bolding and Panera Bread, doing business as Panera Bread Company.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 25, 2014, an auto Miller was driving was struck by a truck driven by Bolding, an employee of Panera, on Charleston Avenue in Huntington.

Miller seeks damages and attorney fees. She is represented by attorneys Kenneth P. Hicks and Justin H.Moore of Kenneth P. Hicks in Huntington. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Christopher D. Chiles.
