BECKLEY – The estate of a woman is suing her doctor, alleging medications he prescribed killed her.
Terry Wolfe filed a lawsuit Jan. 14 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Dr. Wassim Salem Saikali, doctor for the late Nena Wolfe, citing malpractice.
According to the complaint, in 2012 Saikali failed to discontinue medications that were hurting Nena Wolfe. Terry Wolfe alleges the doctor’s disregard for Wolfe’s elevated liver enzymes led to her death in December 2012.
Terry Wolfe seeks all damages allowable for the death, as well as attorney fees. He is represented by attorney Richard D. Lindsay of Tabor Lindsay & Associates in Charleston.
