PERSONNEL FILE: Prezioso joins Dinsmore's Wheeling office

WHEELING – Dinsmore & Shohl welcomes Christopher J. Prezioso to the firm’s Wheeling office.

Prezioso will practice out of the Litigation Department and work with the Torts and Environmental Practice Group.

Prezioso comes to Dinsmore from Luttrell & Prezioso PLLC, where he served as counsel in both civil and criminal jury trials in federal and state proceedings. His practice also focused on real estate, where he conducted closings, refinancing and preformed title searches in both residential and commercial transactions.

Prezioso represented clients in multiple appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and provided representation in appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Prezioso earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law where he received the 2001 N.A.A.C.P. Public Interest Fellowship. He received his B.A. in Business and Technical Writing from Fairmont State College.
