HUNTINGTON – Alex Turner has joined the West Virginia office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate and will focus his practice on class action and mass tort litigation as well as commercial, medical liability, and product liability litigation.
Turner joins Nelson Mullins from another Huntington law firm and has also worked as a business development manager for a New York auction house. He has served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Kenneth W. Rudolph for the Commercial Division of the Ninth Judicial District of the New York State Unified Court System and as a law clerk for a New York law firm where he focused on complex commercial litigation in construction law.
urner earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
