CHARLESTON – Dinsmore & Shohl’s Henry Jernigan has been named to the West Virginia Bar Foundation Fellows 2015 Class.
Jernigan is one of 21 new members who were honored during the Annual Bar Foundation Fellows Dinner on April 23, 2015. Over the 17 years of the program, more than 300 Judges and attorneys have been named fellows. The West Virginia Bar Association selects members based on their dedication to the legal profession and to improving their community.
“It’s a great honor to be named a Bar Foundation Fellow. I am truly humbled to be recognized with those who have contributed so much to the profession, our State, and their local communities,” said Jernigan.
Jernigan is a Partner in the Litigation Department and is a former member of the firm's Board of Directors and Management Council. He focuses on the defense of complex litigation involving corporate disputes and product liability claims. He served as a law clerk for the Hon. H.E. Widener, Jr., United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
