* Holland was buying kerosene at the Sun Food Mart on U.S. 60 in Cabell County in January 2004 when she slipped on a sheet of ice and fell. She is suing Wheeler & Clevenger for negligence, claiming the company failed to clear all common areas of ice and snow on the pavement.
