* MMI shareholders Craig Barnes and John Culler purchased Mansuetto's shares of stocks in MMI totaling $600,000.00. MMI refuses to pay Mansuetto and the other shareholders the balance owed for the stock -- about a $233,000 value. Mansuetto is suing for compensation of the amount plus interest.

* MBPU is being sued by the Patel's for lying about whom they represented in a 2000 case. They then filed a "Complaint for Money Judgment" suit against the Patels, which, according to the Patels, was brought forth with the intent of sullying the reputation of Bharati Patel and extorting money from her. MBPU is being sued for $3 million in compensatory damages and $6.5 million in punitive damages.

* The two parties were involved in an automobile accident when Vercellotti crashed his vehicle into the back of Schmitt's. Schmitt has suffered permanent bodily injuries and is suing for compensation for his injuries and damages.

* Gregory claims she was driving a school bus when Swayngim negligently failed to maintain control of his own vehicle causing it to collide with the school bus. As a result of the accident, Gregory has suffered possibly permanent injuries and has undergone related medical care in excess of $2,445. She is suing for compensation of all costs related to the accident.

* Everson was a patron at Wheeling Island Racetrack and Gaming Center when a cone was placed near her chair to warn of a wet floor without her knowledge. The cone caused her to violently trip and fall. She is suing for compensation for her injuries and damages.
