* Ball and Tomblin entered into an agreement to co-produce/direct and act in a film entitled "Lake Forest" in January 2004. They also agreed to purchase equipment for the film. Tomblin fired Ball and has repaid him only $1,250 of the $4,000 he spent for a video camera. Ball is suing for breech of contract and reimbursement for the camera.
