* The Huntington Police Department is suing for forfeiture of the money after it was recovered during an undercover drug investigation of Jason Terry. During the execution of the search warrant police recovered 321 grams of cocaine and other items used for illegal drug dealing.

* Rice is suing the four Ohio men after they beat him and then threw him off the first floor of a 3rd Avenue parking garage. He is also suing Banana Joe's for selling the underage men alcohol and the city of Huntington for failing to maintain the parking garage in a safe manner.
