* The city is suing Galigher for over $9,000 in unpaid business and occupation taxes that the city claims the Ford dealership has refused to pay.

Jack Persinger v. CSX Transportation, Inc.
PA-Kenneth P. Hicks; J-John L. Cummings
* Persinger is suing CSX for in juries and disabilities he incurred while employed by the transportation company. He claims the injuries were caused by faulty equipment and unreasonable demands and expectations while working for CSX. He is seeking compensatory damages.

James Rupe, individually and as president of James Rupe Custom Builders, Inc. v. Absolut-Huntington, LLC, d/b/a Pizzeria Uno-Huntington, Steve Neu and David Saul
PA-Michael W. Carey; J-David M. Pancake
* Rupe claims Neu and Saul failed to pay him for construction of Uno's Pizzeria in Huntington's Pullman Square. The suit claims he was forced to halt construction when the men ceased payment. He is seeking compensatory damages in the amount of $44,164.98.
