* Walden was living as a tenant of Blevins when a used medical needle located on the property owned by the defendant punctured Walden's skin. He is suing Blevins for negligence and claims Blevins should have known that his tenants were discarding used medical needles on the property.

Owens claims she has suffered severe and permanent injuries as a result of the incident and is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

Dwight St. Clair v. Munro Restaurant Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Ponderosa Restaurant and Ashlee Pless, as employee

* St. Clair claims he was dining at a Rt. 60 Ponderosa when Pless, a waitress at the restaurant, dropped a tray of drinks on the table at which St. Clair was sitting. He then tried to stand up and was violently thrown to the floor. St. Clair is suing for negligence and is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
