* Brenda Tinsman died May 19, 2006, as the result of causes unrelated to this suit. The plaintiff claims he and his wife were seriously injured during an April 17, 2005, accident that was the result of the defendants' negligence and carelessness. Douglas Tinsman claims the VFW club in Berkeley Springs served alcohol to Roderick Frederick, even though he was already intoxicated, and he later crashed his motorcycle into the Tinsmans' vehicle. The plaintiff seeks an amount of relief to be determined at trial.
