* The Mayers claim Serenella was purposefully remaining hidden from them at the time they were prepared to purchase an item or real estate valued at $102,000. Since this time, Serenella has been injured and is now in a comatose state. The plaintiffs are seeking that Karen Hall be required to make the sale of the property, and that said property be conveyed to the plaintiffs free and clear of all leans and encumbrances.

* Cumpston claims Coin Contracting failed to repair a roadway that they excavated, leaving an open manhole that posed a risk to motorists. While lawfully operating a motor vehicle, Cumpston struck this manhole and his chest impacted the steering wheel, resulting in severe and permanent injuries. He is seeking $49,169.56 for specific medical damages, lost wages in an amount to be determined at the trial as well as interest.
