They say the defendant never returned, and the Zaleskis were forced to pay an additional $1,806.56 for the supplies. They claim breach of contract, negligence, fraud, and a violation of the West Virginia Legislative Rules and the West Virginia Consumer Protection Act. They are seeking compensatory damages, attorney fees and other costs and expenses.
