REI, based in Raleigh County, says it did environmental consulting by providing testing and related services to Wastetron on regular basis for several years. Saluja is president and a shareholder of Wastetron. From October 2004 to July 2006, REI provided services for $71,318.50 in services without payment. It seeks that amount plus interest, attorney fees, court costs and pre- and post-judgment interest.
