* Teter claims a 2006 Chevy Tahoe truck that he purchased for $50,397.84 was defective and stalled while it was being driven. After Teter reported the problem to the defendants, he claims they failed to comply with the vehicle's warranty agreement and breached their retail installment sales contract. He is seeking a refund of the purchase price and other relief.

* The plaintiff claims Zarska has violated covenants and restrictions placed on real estate that the plaintiff sold to her on Sept. 28, 2005. The restrictions say the real estate shall be used and occupied for residential purposes only, although the plaintiff claims the defendant is using the property on a regular basis for Seventh Day Adventist congregational meetings. The plaintiff is seeking that the covenants and restrictions be enforced against Zarska, as well as other relief.

* The plaintiffs claim their new 2005 Pontiac Montana van, which they bought for a total of $27,678.00, had repeated problems with the steering system, a door handle, the brakes and strange noises. They claim the defendant and its authorized dealer Opequon Motors failed over a four-month period to settle the warranty agreement or properly refund them for the van. The plaintiffs are seeking the amount they paid for the van, as well as other damages.
