* While operating his 1990 Buick Century, Narick failed to stop and collided into Dorothy Dacey's 2001 Chevy Blazer. Narick left the scene of the crash, and was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Additionally, the provider of Narick's insurance policy, Vesta Insurace Companies and Shelby Insurance, were insolvent and the companies were ordered into liquidation. As a result of the accident, Dacey incurred medical costs and endured physical pain and suffering. Dacey seeks an amount in excess of jurisdictional limits, compensatory and punitive damages, and pre- and post-judgment interest.

Roberta and James Pellen vs. Andrew and Kevin Dailer

* While operating Kevin Dailer's 1995 Mustang, Andrew rear-ended Pellen on National Road in her 1994 Pontiac. Pellen suffered neck and back injuries, as well as harm to her muscle and soft tissues, and psyche and her husband has lost the consortium of his wife. Pellen claims Kevin should have know Andrew was unfit to operate the vehicle and seeks an amount in excess of jurisdictional limits, compensatory damages, and pre- and post-judgment interests jointly and severally against Andrew and Kevin Dailer.
