* Carey, Tyler, Williams and Horner, through employment at Multi-Cap or NPETC, came under the direction and/or supervision of Jill Beall. Under Beall's supervision, these women claim they were subject to discriminatory remarks against senior citizens and African-Americans, as well as hostile work environments. Their ages range from 51 to 58. Horner was also asked to "back date" certain forms for the NPETC's obtainment of funds. All four women either resigned from their positions or claim they were wrongfully terminated. They seek compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorney fees.

* Kimberly Medicus was employed as a waitress at Wheeling Island's Breezeway Cafe when she slipped on an wet floor. she claims Wheeling Island knew the hazard this slippery floor posed but failed to correct the problem. She sustained injuries to the body, fascia, neck, back and mind. Emile Medicus claims the loss of consortium of his wife. They seek compensatory damages, pre- and post-judgment interest and court costs.

Wendy McAllister et al vs. Dane Palmer and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company

* McAllister and passengers in her car were insured under motor vehicle insurance from State Farm when Palmer's car collided with McAllister's vehicle. She and her passengers were injured, and Palmer's insurance paid its limits of available liability. State Farm waived rights to subrogation and failed and refused to offer available and full coverage. McAllister seeks compensatory damages, interests and costs.

* Kobus was a passenger in a car which was rear-ended by Pool, who was working as an employee of Fitzharris Enterprises. Kobus suffered neck, head and back injuries and incurred $16,013.75 in medical expenses. She seeks joint and several compensatory damages as well as attorney fees and costs.

* Anita Lang was the driver of a car which was rear-ended by Pool, who was working as an employee as Fitzharris Enterprises. She suffered neck, head and back injuries and incurred $13,004.76 in medical expenses. Harvard Lang claims he has lost consortium and services of his wife as well. They seek joint and several compensatory damages as well as attorney fees and costs.
