* The plaintiffs retained the defendants to represent their interests in civil action concerning 25 acres they own in Buffalo District of Putnam County. But they say the defendants didn't conduct a title examination, which would have revealed numerous liens against the previous owner. Because the land is subject to liens, the plaintiffs say they have been injured by defendants' violation of the standard of care and lack of due diligence. They seek joint and several judgment to pay liens and reimburse them attorney fes and costs and other relief.

She says she suffered personal injuries, incurred medical expenses, has suffered lost wages, will likely incur medical expenses in the future, has endured and continues to endure pain and suffering and a loss of enjoyment of life, has been permanently impaired and has otherwise been injured and damaged. She seeks joint and several compensatory judgment for economic and non-economic losses, attorney fees, court costs and other relief.
