* Solomon claims that the DOH has intentionally trespassed on his property, causing significant damage to the property while doing so. Furthermore, the DOH has failed to maintain the access road to the property, (Rt. 53/2) causing Solomon considerable expense, aggravation and inconvenience. He is seeking that the land be returned to its original condition, as well as costs, expenses and attorney fees.

Beal has suffered loss of income and benefits, mental anguish, loss of reputation, etc. He is seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, as well as all lost income and benefits.
