CHARLESTON - A woman injured after a fall on sidewalks owned by Kenna Home Cooperative is suing the company for failure to maintain their sidewalks.
Marilyn Schechter filed a suit March 7 in Kanawha Circuit Court, seeking coverage for her medical bills.
The suit states Schechter was caused to fall on a sidewalk owned by Kenna Homes Cooperative and fractured her left patella, bilateral wrist sprains and other injuries.
She seeks judgment against Kenna Home Cooperative.
Stephen P. Meyer is representing Schechter and the case has been assigned to Judge James Stucky.
