* Haney was sentenced on four felony counts of sexual abuse and sexual assault. The court ordered that the sentences be served consecutively. Haney claims knowledge of his medical and psychological problems may have impacted sentencing. He also claims due to the nature of these problems, his consecutive sentences constitute a death sentence. No psychiatric evaluation was performed. Haney also claims the court failed to consider extraneous matters and that his sentencing does not equal his crime. He seeks a fair re-sentencing, home confinement, allowance to work, and the ability to obtain mental health treatment.
