* LeMasters found her employment with Wheeling Island terminated after requesting time off for a medical condition; she was told she did not have enough time working to qualify for medical leave. LeMasters was reinstated. An additional request for medical leave was improperly distributed to personnel. After returning from workers' compensation, LeMasters was forced to work a shift different from normal times. She complained about the hostile environment but her employment was terminated. LeMasters seeks compensatory and punitive damages, fees, and pre and post judgment interest.

Erie Insurance Group vs. James D. Myles and Christopher M. Myles
J- Wilson; PA- Marcy J. Cicchirillo
* Christopher Myles collided with James Hans' car, causing $8,360.82 in damages. Myles defaulted on payments and has only reimbursed EIG $7,775.82 of the $8,360.82 EIG paid to the Hans as insurance policy holders. EIG seeks judgment in excess of jurisdictional minimum, interest, and attorney's fees.
