* Joseph and Joann D'Amico claim that Gregg Gilleland, while operating a vehicle owned by Dorothy Gilleland, disregarded his responsibility to yield a left turn at a green light, and consequently caused a collision with the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiffs have experienced considerable pain and suffering and have incurred medical expenses. They are seeking compensation for their pain and suffering, injuries, medical expenses, as well as interest, costs and attorney fees.

* Robert Prichard claims UHA fell below and/or deviated from the applicable standard of care in their treatment of Minnie Prichard. Prichard claims that UHA recognized that Minnie Prichard's decedent heart condition, known as a pericardial effusion, was treatable by a reasonable and necessary procedure, known as a pericardial window. UHA failed to perform this procedure, which resulted in the failure of Minnie Prichard's health, as well as her continued hospitalization, physical and mental suffering, etc. Robert Prichard is seeking compensation for the damages Minnie Prichard sustained prior to her death, wrongful death damages, interest, costs and attorney fees.

* Richey claims he was sent a letter by the State Police requiring him to register as a sex offender in Monongalia County, with threat of arrest. He claims he never was convicted of such a felony, as a conviction requires a guilty verdict by a jury and a sentence by the judge. He is seeking that all state agencies, departments and entities recognize that he has not been legally convicted of a felony.
