UHA failed to perform this procedure, which resulted in the failure of Minnie Prichard's health, as well as her continued hospitalization, physical and mental suffering, etc. Robert Prichard is seeking compensation for the damages Minnie Prichard sustained prior to her death, wrongful death damages, interest, costs and attorney fees.
