Dianna Cline and Gerald Cline v. Arlo Cutright and Percy Cale Trucking, Inc.

* The plaintiffs claim Arlo Cutright negligently and recklessly drove his automobile, owned by Percy Cale Trucking, so as to cause a collision with the vehicle driven by Dianna Cline. Cline has suffered severe and permanent bodily injuries, as well as mental anguish and emotional distress. The plaintiffs are seeking compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of earnings, and for all other damages and losses.

* Sanders claims that during an operation, the defendants were negligent and breached the standard of care in the administration of anesthesia to Junior O. Thomas. Thomas developed aspiration pneumonia as a result of this negligence, and ultimately died. Sanders is seeking adequate compensation for Thomas' family for their damages and losses, together with interest and costs.

Kelly Doyle v. Saul J. Radman and Daniel's Men's Store Inc.

Doyle claims he had an agreement with Radman to acquire one-third of the stock in Daniel's Men's Store, entitling him to one-third of the profits and assets of Daniel's. When the two men were unable to reach a final agreement on the purchase of the stock, Doyle claims that he was improperly terminated. He has not been made aware of any stockholder/directors meetings in the past two years, and he also claims that the corporate assets of Daniel's are being misapplied and wasted at this time. He is seeking his one-third interest in Daniel's Men's Store, either through buyout or dissolution of the corporation. He is also seeking to recover one-third of the net profit from the corporation up to the day of dissolution, as well as attorney fees.
