* Boll says defendant, who lives in Teays Valley, owes $7,689.88 on his account. The Charleston-based company seeks that amount plus pre-judgment interest, attorney fees, court costs and other relief. If not that, it seeks recovery of personal property

Four-S Development LLC vs. Assessor of Putnam County and County Commission of Putnam County
PA-Mark A. Sadd; J-Spaulding transferred to Eagloski
* Four-S says Assessor D.W. "Peachie" Arthur wrongly assessed its Teays Valley property at $2,149,020 for the 2007 tax year. It petitioned the County Commission, as the Board of Equalization and Review, to correct and lower assessment. The board affirmed the assessment. Four-S says the assessment and affirmation are improper, unlawful and in violation of equal protection and due process rights. It seeks to have the court review the application for the reduction of assessment.
